Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Developer (Unreal + LLM) to drive the development of LLM-based NPC interactions and procedural storytelling. You will train and optimize large language models (LLMs) to create lifelike NPC conversations, intelligent world responses, and immersive AI-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train LLMs for NPC interactions, procedural quests, and world lore.
• Implement AI pipelines for real-time conversational AI and decision-making.
• Optimize LLM inference for low-latency, in-game responses.
• Work with game designers and AI programmers to integrate models into gameplay.
• Develop AI-driven dialogue systems and dynamic world events.
• Research and implement cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLM training.
• Strong experience with Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and AI-driven storytelling.
• Experience optimizing LLM models for real-time use in games.
• Passion for building immersive, AI-driven gameplay experiences.
• Onsite position.
