Senior Digital ASIC Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital ASIC Designer to join our dynamic global team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex mixed-signal ASIC designs for IC-testers, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the entire design and verification process, from concept to final device, ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, software, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Gather and elicit requirements for digital ASIC designs
• Design and implement digital and full-custom modules
• Perform verification at both module and chip levels, including test plan and test case generation
• Document implemented functionalities comprehensively
• Provide support for floor-planning and physical design activities
• Collaborate with outsourcing partners to ensure project success
• Work closely with other functions to ensure seamless integration and alignment

Qualifications

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering (Diploma or BS EE)
• Strong background in digital design (SOC), ASIC design methodologies, and the silicon development cycle
• Proficiency in Register Transfer Level (RTL) coding using Verilog
• Experience with standard simulation tools for digital designs
• Basic knowledge of UNIX or Linux environments and programming languages
• Excellent technical communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
