These transceivers deploy sophisticated analog and digital design to provide video, audio, control and Ethernet connectivity within the vehicle.**Your role**We are looking for a Senior Digital Design Engineer to join our team of engineers who define and implement new capabilities for our transceivers.**Your responsibilities*** Design, implement and support in-vehicle networking devices as part of NXP’s Automotive product line.* Be responsible for defining block requirements and architecture, optimizing for area, power and timing, implementing functional safety requirements, and coordinating with verification and validation teams to comply with automotive design processes.* Documentation - Create robust design documentation to clearly communicate design intent to team members.* Implementation - Implement design intent in SystemVerilog or Chisel.* Collaboration - Work closely with Architecture, digital and analog design, DV and validation teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products.**Your profile*** B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering (or similar degrees)* Experience in silicon design, including synthesis, static timing closure, and DFT* Fluent in SystemVerilog or VHDL and an object-oriented software language* Expertise desired in Ethernet networking, automotive design processes, embedded ARM or RISC-V processors, and Chisel* Hands on experience in debug and silicon bringup**Creating Secure Connections and Infrastructure for a Smarter World**NXP Semiconductors N.V.
