Senior Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager

【Responsibilities】

In this role, you will take full strategic ownership of all digital marketing, social media, and lead management activities across Germany and Europe. You will define and steer an integrated, data-driven go-to-market approach for our EV portfolio, ensuring seamless execution across the entire customer journey – from brand building and community engagement to lead generation and sales conversion.

  1. Define and steer a holistic digital, social, and performance marketing strategy for EV models across Germany and Europe.
  2. Orchestrate all paid, owned, and earned media activities with a strong focus on brand building, demand generation, and conversion.
  3. Build, scale, and strategically manage the brand’s social media presence from market entry onwards, including channel strategy, platform setup, and content ecosystems.
  4. Develop and lead a comprehensive community management approach, fostering engagement, advocacy, and long-term relationships with audiences across platforms.
  5. Monitor community sentiment, feedback, and trends, translating insights into actionable improvements for brand, product, and communication strategies.
  6. Lead influencer and creator marketing initiatives, including partnerships, collaborations, and performance steering.
  7. Own end-to-end digital and social funnels – from awareness and engagement through to lead generation and sales conversion.
  8. Create and drive the continuous optimization of the website and EV configurator, with a strong focus on UX, conversion, and technology storytelling. Define and implement an integrated CRM and lead management strategy, including automated customer journeys across digital and retail touchpoints.
  9. Act as a central interface to key stakeholders (Product, IT, Retail, HQ, agencies, and creators), ensuring alignment on brand, platform, and commercial objectives. Oversee content strategy, editorial planning, and production, ensuring consistency in brand voice across all channels.
  10. Establish, monitor, and steer all relevant KPIs (digital performance, social, influencer, community, and conversion metrics) to enable data-driven decision-making.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant European data protection and digital regulation.

【Qualifications】

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  2. 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within the automotive, EV, technology, or e-commerce sector
  3. Proven experience managing paid media and performance campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
  4. Strong understanding of website management, UX optimization, and digital customer journeys, including configurator and e-commerce environments
  5. Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and marketing automation platforms
  6. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience tracking digital KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics
  7. Familiarity with European digital regulations and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR)
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, IT, retail, and global headquarters
  9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  10. Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage
