Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Digital Marketing, SEO & AI Visibility Manager to own our global organic visibility, analytics foundation, and SEO first website backend execution.

Full ownership across strategy and execution, explicitly SEMrush‑led and WordPress based. Candidates must demonstrate modern SEO capability spanning traditional Google search and emerging AI/LLM discovery. The role also supports the backend build and SEO architecture of our new website, working alongside internal content ownership and an external visual designer.

Qualifications and Experience

Must Have

• 5+ years hands on SEO and digital marketing experience
• Deep SEMrush expertise (keywords, SOV, audits, competitors, reporting)
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals
• Practical GA4 setup and attribution experience
• Experience supporting WordPress backend builds
• Clear, professional spoken and written English
• Ability to operate independently and own outcomes
• Demonstrated skill beyond data collection and into strategy development and execution
• Experience building executive dashboards
• Experience adapting SEO for AI/LLM discovery

Strongly Preferred

• B2B or complex services experience
