We are working with a globally recognised organisation to identify a senior Account Director to lead their German business and elevate an established Account Management team to the next level.
This is a high-impact leadership position within the Continental Europe structure, with full responsibility for one of the most strategically important markets in the region.
You will take ownership of the German segment, shaping and executing commercial strategy while leading a high-performing team. Acting as a trusted partner to key clients, you will bring market insights into the business and ensure the organisation stays ahead of industry trends.
Beyond delivering results, your focus will be on building a strong, motivated team and creating long-term value across the customer base.
You are externally focused, commercially sharp, and understand how to adapt business strategy to market developments. You bring structure, clarity, and leadership to complex environments and know how to get the best out of your team.
