Description The Senior Director Strategy drives strategy and leads strategic initiatives of the Exentec Group with the ultimate goal to accelerate Exentec’s growth.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities Strategy & Strategic Program

Develop Exentec’s overall strategy in collaboration with Exentec Management.

Support the creation of business line-specific strategies in close alignment with operational units.

Strategic Program & Initiatives

Establish and continuously enhance Exentec’s strategic program.

Lead and support strategic initiatives in cooperation with business units and other functions.

Monitor and report on all initiatives regularly.

Conduct deep dives on selected strategic topics.

Strategic Planning Process

Organize the annual strategic planning process, including strategy meetings with Exentec Management.

Prepare annual market and competitive analyses in collaboration with the respective business lines.

Communication

Develop and deliver presentations on Exentec’s strategy.

Support internal communication of the strategy within Exentec and across Exyte.

Show Your Expertise

University / Post Graduate (Master Degree) studies or MBA (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management or comparable)

More than 5 years of operational experience in Strategy or Business Consulting

Experience in strategic planning and implementation within large corporate organizations

Experienced in managing complex projects, ideally with focus on business processes

Fluent in English and German, further languages of advantage

Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills

Prepared to travel nationally and internationally
