Senior Electrical Engineer - Launch New Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany

Your Tasks

• Design, supervise the construction of, and commission launch and test site infrastructure
• Drive requirements for the layout and design of various sites
• Manage and enforce documentation standards across different systems
• Guide junior engineers and technicians in implementing new system designs
• Report progress to the team leader
• Work closely with engineers and technicians from different backgrounds and across different teams within
  RFA
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring requirements are communicated and met

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power distribution networks and systems, or related
• 5+ years of practical design and / or build experience of electrical and power distribution and power
  management systems
• Proven experience in the design and commissioning of large electrical and control systems
• Some experience in leadership of small teams is a plus
• Experience with process plant design and operation is highly regarded
• Ability to create and interpret electrical engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
• Capable of working independently and with a hands‑on mentality
• Confident working on large projects with limited oversight
• Able to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
• Fluent in written and spoken English
