Senior Employee Relations Specialist Business Services HR (Shared Services) Berlin, Germany

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Be a contact person for local Site Management, Works Councils, and Trade Unions (if applicable) on all aspects of the People team agenda to ensure we nurture and develop the TomTom DNA throughout our work environment and people processes,
  • Support TomTom’s performance management approach,
  • Be the point of contact for employees that have people queries or job-related issues
  • Carry out restructurings or reorganizations,
  • Support with individual cases such as illness and terminations,
  • Brand ambassador for employee well‑being, lives up to TomTom value of ‘we care’
  • Support employees with personal development,
  • Mentor and guide our managers and employees on conflict handling and grievance.

What you'll need

  • You have extensive knowledge of employment law.
  • You have at least 5 – 8 years of experience in a similar role,
  • You have extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • You can objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues,
  • You love working in a dynamic international environment, more specifically in the big fun loving People team. Knowledge and experience in Agile people practices will be a plus,
  • Knowledge of creating an impact in the hybrid work environment by crafting policies and guidelines that help build great employee experience (EX) for the virtual and real work environment,
  • You are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus,
  • You can operate, drive results and set priorities independently,
  • Supporting people getting better at their jobs makes you happy
  • In this role you will contribute to global and local projects.
