The Role:

We are seeking a technical leader to oversee multiple engineering squads building our core platform. This role is a sophisticated blend of people leadership and technical strategy. You will coach managers and staff engineers while remaining a key voice in architectural decisions, ensuring our distributed systems remain secure, scalable, and performant.

Technical Environment:

Our teams work across the full stack using TypeScript, Node.js, and React , with mobile components in Flutter/Dart . On the backend, we are a polyglot environment; while we use Rust for performance-critical services, we value deep expertise in any modern backend language (such as Java, Go, or C# ) provided you have a strong grasp of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS ).
