Senior ERP Functional Consultant (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM As Senior ERP Functional Consultant , you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our ERP system to support Westwing’s growth and operations. You will lead strategic initiatives, work closely with stakeholders across teams and deliver impactful solutions to drive performance and scalability. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Act as the go‑to expert for Microsoft Business Central within our Tech team

Lead the strategic development of our ERP in line with Westwing’s business goals and expansion plans

Collaborate closely with Finance and other departments to improve productivity and ensure optimal use of ERP in key processes

Gather, define and document complex requirements, translating them into scalable solutions in collaboration with our development team

Optimise Business Central environments to support international operations and accurate reporting

Partner with cross‑functional IT stakeholders to design integrated solutions across Westwing’s tech stack, leveraging AI where possible

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

YOU COME WITH

7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Business Central, ideally at a Microsoft Partner or in‑house at a complex organisation

Strong expertise in financial processes, ERP system configuration and advanced reporting

A track record of delivering strategic ERP projects with multiple stakeholders

Experience working with the Power Platform is a strong advantage

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and non‑technical audiences

A hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset and a passion for driving change through technology

Strong project management capabilities, including planning, structuring and coordinating complex workstreams

Fluency in English; German is a plus
