What You’ll Build

We are seeking a highly motivated executive communications professional to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the senior executive for communication engagements with a wide range of stakeholders, including media, employees, government officials, investors, and industry analysts.
• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies for a senior SAP executive, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and values.
• Craft clear, authentic, and engaging messages for the executive’s internal and external communications engagements.
• Transform complex business and technical topics into high‑quality content and storylines for audiences unfamiliar with SAP.
• Help monitor and analyze macroeconomic and sociopolitical trends to provide strategic advice and insights to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 2‑5 years of experience in PR, executive communications, or media relations (agency or in‑house).
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English and German, with a strong sense of tone and audience.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and technology topics into clear, engaging narratives for non‑expert audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility, including occasional early mornings, evenings and short‑notice requests around key executive engagements.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Curiosity about socio‑political, economic and technological developments and their impact on business and society.
• Familiarity with the software industry and software‑based solutions; understanding of SAP's strategy and portfolio is a strong plus.
