As a Senior Field Application Engineer on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long‑lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Are you in?

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Provide frontline technical support for smartcard applications (eSIM, Payment, Government ID, Transport), covering integration, debugging, and optimization.
• Analyze, reproduce, and resolve customer issues in collaboration with 2nd‑level engineering; document fixes and share best practices.
• Support design‑in, evaluation, and validation of secure controllers/OS and Java Card applets to achieve successful qualification and ramp.
• Prepare and deliver technical trainings and hands‑on workshops for customers and partners; develop and maintain training content and demo kits.
• Identify and develop business opportunities by mapping customer needs to solutions, creating proposals, and building demos/PoCs to accelerate decisions.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market planning (value propositions, messaging, competitive positioning) with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Execute go‑to‑market activities (promotions, collateral, webinars, events), track KPIs, and feed customer/market insights back into strategy.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (or comparable field).
• At least 1 year of practical experience with embedded microcontrollers, ideally with a security focus.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills across hardware/software interfaces.
• Good communication skills and openness to frequent customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel mainly within the EMEA region.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
