Senior Flavor Chemist (f/m/d)

Develop innovative processes and products to broaden our portfolio

Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DoEs) to guide development

Conduct and document experiments independently

Contribute to the creation and filing of patents for unique innovations

Optimize testing protocols, methods, and lab equipment for efficiency and accuracy

Collaborate closely with the product development team and ensure regulatory compliance

Experience in product development within a food company

You thrive on exploring the fine details of sourcing, roasting, fermentation, flavor development, and extraction whether professionally or as a devoted hobby

Solid foundation in chemistry and applied food science

Hands‑on lab experience and strong motivation for practical, experimental work

Understanding of cost‑conscious and commercially viable product design

Team player with a reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented approach to documentation
