cosinuss° is a certified MedTech company based in Munich and a pioneer in mobile real-time monitoring of vital parameters. For over twelve years, we have been developing in-ear sensors, algorithms, and platform solutions to capture vital data where it is physiologically most meaningful: inside the ear canal, close to the brain.

Our sensor measures, among other parameters, body temperature, oxygen saturation, heart rate, perfusion, and pulse waveform – even under extreme conditions and precisely when traditional measurement locations fail. Our vision: closing the blind spots of modern vital sign monitoring – anywhere and at any time.

Your mission

You play a key role in the ongoing development of our Flutter-based medical app. Working closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will help build a modern, robust, and long-term maintainable UI architecture. Your work directly influences how clinical and preclinical personnel perceive and respond to critical vital data – and it lays the foundation for making our technology available across more environments and use cases.

Your responsibilities

Develop and enhance the Flutter UI module for our medical applications
Shape architecture, modularization, and state management
Implement medical visualizations, UI logic, interactions, and alarm concepts
Integrate the Flutter module with native platform features (BLE, networking, security, configuration) for mobile, web, and desktop
Collaborate with software leads, backend developers, algorithm engineers, embedded teams, and QA
Ensure high code quality, stability, test coverage, and regulatory‑compliant documentation
Contribute to defining the boundary between the medical module (MD) and the non‑medical application (NMD)

Your profile

Must‑haves

Strong experience with Flutter & Dart
Experience with modern state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc)
Experience working with medium or large codebases
Interest in architecture work, long‑term maintainability, and modular designs
Clean and structured coding style
Independent working style and strong sense of ownership

Nice‑to‑haves

Experience with BLE on iOS/Android
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical, pharma, automotive, aviation)
Experience with cross‑platform applications (mobile, web, desktop)
Knowledge of build/release processes (CI/CD)
Interest in vital signs, sensors, or digital health
