What you’ll do

• Own the Frontend Vision & Execution: Lead the end‑to‑end development of scalable, high‑performance web applications using React.js/Next.js, focusing on rewriting, refactoring, and optimizing existing code.
• Innovate & Build Greenfields: Contribute to shaping and building new features—and potentially entirely new products—from idea through launch.
• Collaborate & Elevate: Work closely with Backend Developers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to proactively identify cross‑functional improvements and drive meaningful solutions.
• Champion Performance & Quality: Maintain a relentless focus on frontend performance, optimizing for speed, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Drive Team Growth & Best Practices: Support team structure, mentoring, and onboarding of new engineers, while promoting strong development workflows.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Frontend Architecture: Deep hands‑on experience with React.js and Next.js, building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Technical Decision Making: Proficiency in TypeScript, GraphQL for data fetching, and WebSockets for real‑time communication.
• Optimization Obsession: Proven experience resolving complex performance issues in large‑scale applications.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Identify challenges, propose solutions, and take ownership of implementation.
• Collaborative Driver: Excellent communication skills and ability to influence outcomes across technical and non‑technical teams.
