What you can expect from us:

• Work in an experienced, agile development team and actively contribute your ideas to our Kanban or Scrum processes.
• Develop modern, TypeScript-based frontends that set benchmarks in performance, quality and user experience.
• Design and implement smart web applications and intuitive user interfaces together with your team.
• Ensure high code quality through automated tests, from unit to end-to-end testing (Jest, Selenium/Cypress).
• Support the automation of our business processes and help make internal testing applications more efficient.
• Revise existing web applications or further develop them technologically and functionally.
• Use AI-powered tools for code generation, analysis, test automation, or refactoring, and apply Spec Driven Development, Vibe Coding, and AI-assisted pair coding to accelerate and enhance development processes.

What we would like from you:

• Qualifications : Several years of experience in developing single‑page applications (Angular/React/Vue) with state management, CSS preprocessors, modern engineering methods, and AI‑supported development workflows.
• Expertise & Know‑How : Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and confident use of Git/GitLab plus AI‑assisted development and analysis tools.
• Personality & Working Style : Team‑oriented, structured, and growth‑driven mindset with a clean, sustainable coding approach aligned with agile principles and openness to new technologies and AI workflows.
• Language : Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Nice‑to‑Have : Initial experience with TDD, design patterns, SOLID, CI/CD, distributed version control, open‑source contributions, and basic understanding of ML models or AI APIs.
