ResponsibilitiesDevelop accessible, high-quality, and reusable UI components that cater to diverse user needsCollaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure designs are translated into inclusive and responsive frontend solutionsContribute to defining and refining complex frontend architecturesOptimize frontend performance to ensure applications are fast, scalable, and user-friendlyMaintain high standards through code reviews, unit testing, and adopting best practicesStay current with emerging frontend technologies, UX/UI trends, and accessibility guidelinesProvide mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment Requirements5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on user-centered designStrong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworksDemonstrable understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices for inclusive designProven experience optimizing frontend performance and building responsive, accessible interfacesPrevious experience working collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and user-focused approachStrong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and product teams Big bonus if you have experience working in project-based environments.
