(Senior) Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer (f/m/x)

Tasks

• Architect our Application: Design, develop, and optimize modern web applications with a focus on the backend.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete development lifecycle - from requirements analysis to testing and deployment.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and other engineering teams to continually refine the system architecture.
• System Optimization & Scaling: Establish best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to technical decisions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing and excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full‑stack / backend development
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable, high‑performance web applications and implement effective optimization strategies
• Proficiency in modern backend frameworks (e.g., Nest.js) and the integration of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with relational and non‑relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a passion for clean, maintainable code, as well as experience in agile development methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cross‑functional collaboration and glue work
• Highly motivated and proactive, eager to take ownership of the full domain and follow through in a fast‑paced, aspiring startup environment
• Fluency in English
