Just data, impact, and results. 🥷 What your role will look like?Build scalable data pipelines with Python, SQL, and Databricks (Azure).Use GenAI tools like ChatGPT & Gemini to prompt, structure, and enrich data.Prototype and implement computer vision solutions (e.g. flyer image extraction).Bridge the gap between data science, software engineering, and IT operations to ensure that ML models are reliable, scalable, and continuously improved in production environments.Automate deployment pipelines, monitor model performance, and ensure infrastructure reliability.Collaborate with the Data team to bring AI features into production.Own your solutions from concept to deployment.Maintain high data quality via testing, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and validations.Work with terabyte-scale data and innovate with it - every day. 🔍 You’re a great fit if you...Have 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack data roles (Data Engineering and MLOps).Are fluent in Python, PySpark and SQL.Are experienced in Airflow, MLFlow, and Kubernetes.Have good computer vision (Vision AI, CNNs, Transformers) and LLM skills (RAG, BERT fine-tuning), and are comfortable with GenAI workflows: prompting, embedding, evaluating models.Are experienced in Databricks and Azure.Love thinking outside the box, learning fast, and working in a “zero-politics” environmentSpeak German.
