Stellenbeschreibung:

We are Progyny Global , part of the Progyny, Inc. family.

Our shared mission? To make fertility and family‑forming care accessible everywhere, breaking down barriers so that anyone can start a family, no matter where they are. With Progyny's support, we're set to amplify our impact globally, reaching more individuals and families than ever before.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Global Clinic Relations Manager who is excited about building and maintaining strong partnerships with fertility clinics in a dynamic, international environment. This role focuses on managing our global clinic network, ensuring high‑quality care, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will be the primary point of contact for clinic partners, overseeing relationship management, performance monitoring, and adherence to service standards. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams across Germany and the U.S. to align clinic partnerships with business objectives and enhance the experience for our members.

This is a hybrid role based at our Berlin office in Germany.

Tasks

Clinic partnership management

  • Own and manage relationships with our global network of fertility clinics, ensuring strong partnerships that align with our mission and values.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all clinic partners, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Ensure that clinics adhere to our service standards, clinical protocols, and patient care guidelines to provide the best experience for our members.
  • Identify and onboard new clinic partners in key markets across the globe to expand our network and ensure access to high‑quality care and valuable benefits for our members.

Relationship building & engagement

  • Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with clinic leadership, ensuring that Progyny Global is seen as a trusted and strategic partner.
  • Organise regular check‑ins and engagement activities with clinics to foster collaboration and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinic partners on joint initiatives, such as patient education programmes or fertility awareness campaigns.

Quality assurance & performance monitoring

  • Develop and implement a clinic performance monitoring system, ensuring clinics meet our standards in areas such as patient satisfaction, success rates, and service delivery.
  • Analyse data and feedback from members and clinics to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinics to resolve any performance issues or discrepancies and ensure continuous improvement.

Global compliance & best practices

  • Ensure that all clinic relationships are compliant with local fertility regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards across different countries.
  • Stay up-to-date on global fertility trends, laws, and practices, and ensure that our clinics are informed and compliant with the latest developments.
  • Establish and promote best practices in clinic operations, patient care, and member communication.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with our internal teams—product, member care, client success, and operations—to ensure that clinic partnerships are aligned with business goals and member needs.
  • Provide insights and feedback from clinic partners to help inform product development, improve member experience, and shape future offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in clinic relations, business development, or partner management roles, preferably in the fertility, healthcare, or medical industry.
  • Proven track record of managing global partnerships with clinics, healthcare providers, or similar institutions.
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and maintain long‑term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with clinics across different cultures and regions.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring clinic performance metrics and improving service delivery.
  • Deep understanding of fertility clinic operations, regulations, and patient care standards in various international markets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, managing multiple projects and clinic relationships simultaneously.

It’d Be Nice If You Had

  • Experience working with fertility or reproductive health clinics.
  • Knowledge of global fertility regulations, privacy laws, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Benefits
