The Position

Shape the future of Chemical and especially Peptide API Supply Networks and contribute your expertise in a global, innovation‑driven environment. Within Strategic Partnership Management, you will work at the interface of advanced technologies, complex supply chains, and international external manufacturing. Become part of a high‑performing team built on trust, accountability, and scientific excellence — and take the lead in strengthening and advancing our global API partnerships.

Tasks & responsibilities

• You will design and implement optimal supply‑chain setups for external peptide and chemical API demands.
• Preparing and implementing Operations Management decisions within the external API supply network will ensure seamless performance.
• Partner performance reviews, change‑management activities and continuous improvement initiatives will secure a stable, compliant, and cost‑efficient API supply.
• You will oversee API process transfer activities together with internal stakeholders, ensuring successful launches from new manufacturing sites.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for outsourced supply activities will be coordinated by you to maintain transparency and operational excellence.
• As a business partner, you will lead the contractual design process (CDA, MTA, MSA, RFP) and will support negotiations with global external partners.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences or engineering, ideally complemented by business‑related knowledge.
• Long‑term experience in pharmaceutical GMP operations, outsourcing, and chemical/biochemical manufacturing.
• Strong international exposure with deep knowledge of global regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects in dynamic and complex environments.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in cross‑functional and cross‑company settings.
