Responsibilities

• Lead digital‑first media strategies for the DACH region with a strong focus on social and paid media.
• Translate global frameworks into actionable activation plans that help markets grow.
• Manage campaigns end‑to‑end—from briefing and set‑up to optimisation and reporting—with a data‑driven mindset.
• Support regional hubs and subsidiaries through knowledge transfer, sparring, best practices and collaborative media pilots.
• Champion test‑&‑learn leadership by identifying new platforms, formats and tools and by rolling them out internationally.
• Collaborate closely with Social, Influencer, PR, Brand and e‑Commerce teams to ensure consistent global campaigns.
• Guide partners—platforms, agencies and retail media partners—with a focus on quality, innovation and efficiency.
• Connect media KPIs with real business results through data‑based performance optimisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital or paid media, preferably with a strong social‑media focus and deep platform knowledge.
• Passion for digital channels and an understanding of how content, community and media work together.
• Strong grasp of customer journeys and cross‑channel mechanics.
• Experience working with agencies and in international, cross‑functional teams.
• High data literacy—comfortable interpreting insights and making data‑informed decisions.
• Interest or experience with AI tools for strategy, targeting, creative, optimisation or measurement.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a desire to drive global impact.
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
