Senior Global Project Manager (m/f/d)

For our client, a leading company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Senior Global Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Böblingen.

Your Responsibilities

• As part of a global transformation program, you will manage key transformation projects end-to-end.
• You are responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• You will define and manage project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication throughout all project phases.
• You collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery at all project milestones.
• You develop project charters and business cases (including value and ROI assessment).
• You design and implement target operating models.
• You evaluate and implement tools and solutions.
• You define and execute communication and change management plans.
• You ensure proper stabilization phases, validate project results, and obtain final sign-off.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in transformation projects within Sales, Sales Operations, Customer & Field Services, Finance, or similar areas.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management as well as risk and dependency management.
• Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German and/or Japanese are a plus.
• Solid project management expertise and experience in change management.
• Hands‑on experience with project management methodologies and tools; certifications such as PRINCE2 or ADKAR are preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; Scrum Master or Product Owner experience is a plus.
• Analytical, self‑driven mindset with the ability to dive into technical details while managing senior business stakeholders.
• Experience in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams effectively.
