Senior Growth Manager

Stellenbeschreibung:

Who are we?

We’re building Europe’s fastest used car delivery network, connecting freelance drivers with buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think Market-Dominating brands like Uber & Wolt but for used car logistics. Backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie.

Our journey so far:

H1 2024:

First customers, validated idea, launched Germany–Finland and Sweden–Finland routes H2 2024:

Reached €150k monthly revenue and closed a €920k pre-seed round H1 2025

Launched Denmark, our first Demand market outside of Finland. Built driver pools in Sweden and Denmark. Monthly revenue €400k H2 2025

Built country team in Denmark and hired first team members in Germany. Closed €5M Q1 2026:

€100k MRR achieved in Germany alone - with the quarter not yet finished

This pace isn't an accident. We deliver, work, and fail fast - it's in our DNA.

Why This Role, Why Now

Germany is our #1 expansion market. It's where a significant amount of our funding is being deployed, where we've built out our driver network, and where we just crossed €100k MRR with the quarter still running. But Germany is also a complete departure from our Nordic home turf - different culture, different buyer psychology, different competitive landscape. We need a dedicated growth engine for this market. Someone who can make marketing a bigger revenue lever than outbound sales in Germany, lock down our ICP, and build inbound demand from the ground up. This is our first growth hire, and the person in this seat will define how we acquire, convert, and retain German customers for years to come.

We believe the greatest companies are talent factories - and this role is built on that belief. We're giving a bold, young builder real ownership and expecting exceptional results in return.

The Role

This is a 100% growth role for the German market, sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales. You'll be part of the Revenue Team DE, reporting to Jémaro (Head of Revenue DE), and working alongside the sales and regional teams who carry the on-the-ground knowledge.

Your mandate is clear: turn marketing into a bigger revenue lever than outbound in Germany, and hit the performance targets.

5x ROI on marketing spend 20x LTV / CAC unit economics target

Awareness -

How do German customers find out about us? Own and optimise all inbound and paid acquisition channels for the German market. Run Google/Meta ads, test new channels, build content strategies, and treat every channel - events, webinars, ads, SEO - as a vertical to be measured and optimised. We don't have resources for everything, so the question is always: what's the biggest opportunity in Germany right now, and how do we go all-in on it?

Conversion -

How do we get them to pick us and pay? Build and run the funnels that turn attention into revenue in Germany. Test structures like webinar pipelines for mid-market/enterprise, prove or disprove whether SMBs convert through ads, and optimise every step from first touch to closed deal. You need to be commercially obsessive - deeply curious about how sales works and how marketing feeds it.

Retention & Expansion -

How much value do German customers see after buying? Monitor post-sale engagement, identify upsell signals, and feed insights back into the growth loop.

Ops & Automation -

How do we make all of this faster? Systematise anything repeatable. Build lightweight marketing and sales ops that make the whole engine run smoother - not by chasing perfection on day one, but by shipping something that works and iterating toward better. We don't tolerate pending stuff, and when we do things, there are no excuses.

Who You Are

An analytical, technical mind who ended up in marketing. Think developer brain or financial modeller who discovered growth - someone who lights up looking at funnel data, not brand guidelines. You're a number cruncher and optimiser first, creative second.

You're scrappy. You build things out of whatever's available and make them work before making them pretty. You're not waiting for the perfect process - you're shipping experiments constantly and treating everything else as enablers or quick to-dos. You make C4 from office utensils.

You're ambitious and self-directed. You have strong opinions on how to spend your time and how things should be executed. You don't need a playbook handed to you - you write it as you go. High performance isn't something you aspire to - it's your baseline. We're a pro-sports team: high performance and work ethic required, assholes not allowed.

You're comfortable outsourcing what isn't your strength. Design, content production, event logistics - you can supervise creative output and manage freelancers without needing to do everything yourself. Being an amazing designer is not necessary; having great taste, however, is.

Event planning ownership is part of the job, but prior event experience isn't required.

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiable: Fluent English, and high-level familiarity with European cultures 2-3 Years of experience in marketing roles building exceptional growth machines Super technical and very analytical - comfortable with data, performance metrics, and treating growth like an engineering problem Commercially curious - you genuinely want to understand how sales works and how marketing feeds pipeline Varied marketing experience across multiple projects is a big bonus - you'll need to deconstruct the German ICP and build localised funnels that resonate in this market A love for working with people - understanding problems, finding solutions, and creating real value The ability to learn fast and thrive through uncertainty - startups are a bumpy ride A high-performance mindset - you set the bar high and don't settle for average

Your Team

You'll be part of the Revenue Team DE, reporting directly to Jémaro (Head of Revenue DE). You'll work closely with our CEO Matias, our Sales Director Antti, and the regional teams who carry the knowledge on how to localise our brand for the German market.

You won't be thrown to the wolves - the team will assist you with everything you need. You'll also collaborate across product and ops, because your feedback matters. Feedback here is instant and direct, and every idea must be debatable and justifiable. That's how we get better.

Compensation & Location

70k-85k€ annual salary + option pool eligibility.

Based in our Berlin office. We advocate for a modern way of working and exceptions are possible, but we strongly value our culture and in-office collaboration is expected. Work should be enjoyable and sustainable long-term - we build serious things without taking ourselves too seriously.

In short: This is a 100% growth role for Germany - for someone who is super technical, very analytical, commercially curious, and relentlessly focused on building new processes, funnels, and experiments. Someone who treats growth like an engineering problem and won't stop until the numbers move.
