Overview

We're an international GTM talent acquisition team based in Germany, Canada and the US, dedicated to finding and engaging top talent for our global Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.

As a Senior GTM Recruiter , you'll be at the heart of our mission, handling the full recruitment cycle for our European GTM roles. From initial kickoff meetings to closing offers, you’ll own the entire hiring process and provide a great candidate experience, as well as participating in strategic talent acquisition projects. We act as true talent advisors to our business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and celebrate each other’s successes.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for European GTM roles, from initial kick-off meetings to complex offer negotiations, taking full ownership for your success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, department leads, GMs, and hiring managers to proactively address challenges, build meaningful relationships with candidates to successfully engage and close them
  • Actively source new talent on LinkedIn and other platforms and build up a proactive talent network
  • Monitor the success of your pipelines with relevant data, and build dashboards to keep stakeholders informed
  • Work on global strategic TA initiatives and projects, drive our success with improvement suggestions and mentor junior team members

What you need to be successful

  • A minimum of 5 years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a Tech/SaaS/E-Commerce environment
  • Experience with recruiting for GTM or commercial teams
  • Business fluent German (C1) and English language skills (C1)
  • Strong active sourcing experience and a proven track record of hiring sourced candidates
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders on all management levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mentality
  • A commercial, performance-oriented and data-driven mindset
  • A high affinity for technology, especially AI and AI-driven recruitment
