As our Senior Operations Manager, Berlin , you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless stays our guests expect. We currently operate 14 properties in Berlin and have signed multiple new ones to go live in the next year(s). You’ll lead and scale our operations in our largest market , driving performance, quality and growth.

About the Role

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, forecast accurately, and drive operational efficiency.
• Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and local authorities.
• Property Excellence: Maintain properties proactively, ensuring high standards and minimal downtime.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and elevate Numa’s brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

About You

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams in hospitality, real estate operations, or a fast-scaling startup.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German.
• Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and team members.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to change.
