Position: Senior HR IS Project Manager Europe (m/f/d) Industry
Company Description Our client is a globally successful developer of systems and solutions for the automotive industry and operates several branches and production sites all over Europe. To achieve the growth objectives of our client in Europe and to develop and adapt the HR IS landscape to the business requirements, we are looking for an experienced HR IS Project Manager (m/f/d) who leads and delivers cross-functional HR projects across the EU region covering HR Operation, HR Technology, People Analytics, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR Services. This position is based in Germany and we offer an on premise or hybrid work model and an attractive compensation package.
Essential Targets and Tasks Main purpose
Lead and deliver cross-functional HR projects across the EU region covering HR Operation, HR Technology, People Analytics, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR Services Drive operational excellence by improving HR processes, strengthening data-driven decision-making, maximizing the value of HR IS platforms and ensuring high-quality project execution Deployment, optimization and governance of HR IS systems including data migration, stakeholder management, training and change management
Main missions and results
HR IS Implementation & System Governance Define and communicate the HR technology roadmap for the region Lead implementation, optimization and governance of HR systems including SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, and Time & Attendance tools for the region Guide HR IS configuration and ensure accurate, secure data migration from legacy systems Provide end-user training and ensure adoption of new digital tools Manage relationships with HR IS vendors and external technology partners Oversee access management, segregation of duties and regular system audits Support HR IS-related activities in M&A integrations Build business cases, support vendor selection, and ensure clear functional requirements Collaborate closely with IT and Corporate HR to ensure system integration, scalability and data security Resolve system-related escalations and coordinate it with providers and internal partners
Project Management Lead HR, HR IS, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Employee Files and other related projects for the Region, from planning through execution and post-go-live support Manage cross-functional project teams and delegate responsibilities effectively Maintain alignment with HR leadership and executive stakeholders
HR Operations & Process Improvement Optimize HR processes, self-service capabilities and automation of transactional tasks Enhance employee and manager experience with digital HR services
People Data & Analytics Oversee People Data Management, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance Maintain core HR data structures and partner with COEs and HR managers on data standards Lead the development of KPIs, dashboards, reporting governance and analytics frameworks Provide actionable insights and promote a data-driven HR culture
HR Compliance Ensure HR technology and data processes comply with GDPR and global privacy standards Support HR leadership in establishing, communicating and monitoring HR policies
Qualifications University degree in business administration, business informatics or equivalent qualification Minimum 8 years of project management experience in an industrial B2B environment; at least 5 years managing HR IS-related projects; Minimum 3 years working in HR functions Hands-on experience with Success Factors’ implementations; Experience deploying Payroll systems (e.g. GlobalView); Experience with Time & Attendance system deployment preferred Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously; In-depth expertise in HR IS platforms and HR technology landscapes; Solid understanding of HR processes and data governance Experience managing change initiatives in HR functions; Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) project leadership experience mandatory very good language skills in German and English Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience delivering training and supporting end-users Solution-, customer- and team-oriented way of working
