Senior Influencer Marketing Lead

The Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help lead production of social-first creative with Germany-based creators. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from concept to final asset, collaborating with creators, editors, and strategists to deliver content that performs across platforms like TikTok and Meta. This role suits someone who combines creative intuition with strong organizational skills — someone who can translate strategy into action, communicate clearly across teams, and manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of quality and timing.

What You’ll Do

Creator Sourcing & Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard Japanese creators who align with each brand’s audience and aesthetic.
• Manage ongoing communication with creators — from initial outreach to content delivery and feedback cycles.
• Ensure creators understand briefs, platform nuances, and performance objectives.

Campaign & Production Management

• Oversee end-to-end UGC production workflows across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines with creators, editors, and cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review creative drafts and final edits for quality, alignment with briefs, and adherence to platform best practices.
• Maintain structured systems for asset naming, tracking, and folder management.

Creative Direction & Feedback

• Translate creative strategy into clear briefs for creators and editors.
• Provide actionable feedback on footage and edits to ensure content is engaging, authentic, and performance-ready.
• Work with strategists to incorporate data-driven insights into future iterations.
• Act as the main point of contact for creators and internal teams, managing expectations and timelines.
• Ensure every piece of content meets Cousin Labs’ standards for creative excellence and performance impact.

Skills & Requirements

• Skilled at managing production and content workflows in fast‑paced creative environments.
• Comfortable collaborating across languages and cultures.
• Detail‑oriented — filenames, delivery dates, and feedback precision matter to you.
• Calm under pressure and proactive when problems arise.
• Deeply familiar with short‑form content formats and social trends (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Previous experience working with creators or influencers in Germany.

Logistics

• Language Requirements: Native-level German and business-level English
• Salary: Up to €70,000 Euros per year or monthly equivalent.
