Influencer Marketing Manager (f/m/x) —you’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You’ll shape how we collaborate with creators, engage audiences, and amplify brand presence—leveraging creativity, data, and experimentation to maximize reach and engagement. Your work will directly influence user growth, engagement, and overall marketing strategy.

Reporting to the Team Lead User Acquisition, you’ll have broad ownership from day one—from defining influencer strategies to optimizing campaign performance. You’ll lead initiatives that scale partnerships, refine processes, and generate measurable impact.

What You’ll Own

  • Take full ownership of high‑budget influencer marketing campaigns, planning and executing strategies that turn business objectives into measurable, high‑impact results.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, support, and marketing teams to align priorities, share insights, and drive measurable outcomes across all channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data‑driven insights to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.
  • Lead growth across paid channels like Meta and Google while expanding organic presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat through strategic content planning and creative collaboration.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies and creators, identifying opportunities and negotiating partnerships that maximize impact.
  • Plan and coordinate multi‑market campaigns, including TV and digital activations, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless execution.
  • Innovate and scale influencer marketing efforts by testing new approaches, expanding the creator network, and delivering high‑efficiency, high‑impact campaigns.

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • You bring 5+ years of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • You have strong negotiation skills with experience securing favorable terms and building lasting influencer partnerships.
  • You have deep expertise in influencer marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and emerging trends.
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively with both internal stakeholders and external partners, and thrive in cross‑functional collaboration.
  • You take ownership, work proactively, and are comfortable leading initiatives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • You have strong analytical and strategic skills, are highly confident working with Excel or Google Sheets, and use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • You are passionate about building impactful creator partnerships, connecting brands with audiences in authentic ways, and driving measurable business results through influencer and performance marketing.
  • You are fluent in German and English—this is a must.
