As the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager , your mission is to build a holistic creator ecosystem that drives growth and strengthens our brand, community values, and long-term storytelling across our portfolio.

You will be responsible for feeding high-performing, creator-led assets into paid growth channels and establishing long-term creator partnerships aligned with our brand voice, values, and player communities.

The role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

YOUR MISSION

• Lead and oversee end-to-end paid influencer campaigns (budget, execution, performance, optimization)

• Build and manage long-term creator partnerships aligned with brand values and storytelling

• Drive content innovation by bridging the gap between creator authenticity and high-performance paid media assets

• Define market- and title-specific creator strategies

• Track ROI and continuously improve performance and scalability

YOUR BACKSTORY

• Extensive experience in influencer/creator marketing, preferably within the gaming industry or a high-growth digital environment

• Proven track record of running performance-driven campaigns

• Experience building long-term creator relationships

• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and short-form content ecosystems

• Data-literate: comfortable with data-driven decision-making and with complex dashboards and post-campaign analysis
