Senior Information Security Manager

Responsibilities:

You will improve information security across all business units

You will enhance the ISMS and support maturity assessments

You will own GRC tasks, including creating & maintaining policies

You will manage compliance topics (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, KRITIS, ISO27017, TISAX)

You will collaborate with stakeholders such as engineers and technical leads

You will oversee supplier/product evaluations and support audits

You will contribute to data compliance and incident management

Required Skills:

You have C1+ German and C1+ English language skills

You have 3+ years' experience in information security and ISMS

You have a broad technical understanding and knowledge of software development processes/risks

You have knowledge of security standards such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, KRITIS, ISO27017/19, TISAX etc.

You have cloud security knowledge (especially GCP)

You are an independent worker

Desired Skills:

You have knowledge of GDPR

You hold relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, ISO27001 LA, CIPM, etc.)

You have experience with Terraform or other infrastructure tools

You have people management experience
