Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Institutional Sales Manager who thrives on winning new business and building long-term strategic partnerships. This role is for a true hunter: someone who is energized by opening doors, engaging senior decision-makers, and turning opportunities into revenue. You will play a critical role in expanding Solactive’s institutional client base and driving the next phase of our growth. Your Tasks

  • Win new business by actively acquiring institutional clients including banks, asset managers, asset owners, and insurance companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue high-value commercial opportunities within institutional markets.
  • Present and position Solactive’s index and FinTech solutions as strategic growth drivers for clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and strategic discussions to negotiation and deal closing.
  • Work closely with index structuring and in-house teams to bring compelling solutions to market.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in institutional sales, B2B sales, or financial solutions sales.
  • Ideally experience in FinTech, investment banking, asset management, capital markets, or financial data.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Strong network within institutional financial markets is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Highly driven, resilient, and focused on delivering results.
