M3B GmbH combines the event and marketing expertise of the brands MESSE BREMEN, CONGRESS BREMEN, ÖVB-Arena, GROSSMARKT BREMEN, and Bremer Ratskeller – Weinhandel seit 1405. Every year, it hosts a large number of its own and guest events, enlivens the city's neighborhoods with special and weekly markets, operates the fresh produce center in Überseestadt, invites visitors to take guided tours of the historic wine cellar of Bremen City Hall, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, and offers its customers the world's largest selection of selected German wines far beyond the city limits.

Senior IT Administrator (f/m/d)
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality of the IT infrastructure, IT systems, and IT applications. You will report to the IT & Application Management team leader.

Your challenge

Responsibility for internal networks and system infrastructure to ensure an available and efficient IT environment
Optimization of the IT infrastructure
Monitoring of central infrastructure components (Hyper-V, firewall systems) and coordination of external service providers
Administration of Microsoft Active Directory and M365
Application support in second-level support
Planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects
Introduction and support of new software and hardware systems in the company
Support of the IT infrastructure at internal events (including preparation and follow-up)

You bring with you

Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science, or comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in the field with proven success
Comprehensive knowledge of server and storage system operation
In-depth knowledge and experience in the administration of Microsoft Active Directory and M365
Practical experience in IT infrastructure, ideally with virtualization (Hyper-V)
Responsible work ethic, both independently and according to specifications, even during off-peak hours
Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a confident and friendly manner
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

The position is for an average of 40 hours per week and is generally suitable for part-time work. M3B supports individual working time models.
