Senior IT Product Manager – ERP-Systems / Marketing & Sales (m/f/d)

In this role, you own the end-to-end product lifecycle for all non-financial ERP aspects within the Marketing and Sales Business Unit of MB Energy – from order capture and delivery planning to dispatching and final delivery. You will be the overall owner of our new SAP / Implico-based ERP platform, supporting its implementation and ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.
In addition, you manage other ERP systems such as OTIS (CRT business) and CODAS (UK business) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. As part of the global Commercial IT and AI Transformation function, you help build a scalable, data-driven ERP landscape that drives operational excellence, margin improvement, and a strong customer experience.
- Product Strategy: You own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for all non-financial ERP capabilities across MB Energy (SAP/Implico, OTIS and CODAS), aligned with your business stakeholder demands.
- Platform Operations: You manage day-to-day operations, stability, and performance of the SAP / Implico platform after go-live, including incident, change, and release management.
- System Ownership: You act as the overall IT product owner for additional ERPs (OTIS, CODAS), coordinating vendors and ensuring systems remain fit for purpose for their respective business models.
- Process Excellence: You analyze, design, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes from product supply and order management to delivery planning, dispatching, and final delivery. Utilize AI capabilities where it makes sense.
- Digital Transformation: You identify, prioritize, and implement process digitization and automation opportunities across the ERP landscape (e.g., integrations, workflows, data flows).
- Education: You hold a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: You bring several years of experience in IT Consulting or as an IT Product Manager within a non-digital / asset-heavy environment, with a strong focus on ERP and order-to-cash / order-to-delivery processes.
- Product Management: You have a proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, defining roadmaps and KPIs/OKRs, and driving implementation, operations, and continuous improvement.
- ERP and Process Expertise: You possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP-based and/or industry solutions such as Implico, OTIS, and CODAS) as well as integration and automation tools.
- Stakeholder and Team Collaboration: You work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders across functions and hierarchies without direct authority.
- Language: You are fluent in German (mandatory) and have very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
