Your Mission 1st/2nd Level Support

– Microsoft 365, Windows clients, printers, networks First point of contact for on-site, phone and remote support Ticket management and documentation Device setup, account management, access permissions On-/Offboarding of employees Build IT Service Management from scratch

using Jira Service Management – workflows, SLAs, self-service portal, knowledge base Shape

ITIL-oriented processes

– Incident, Request, Change Management Create reportings and dashboards to track service quality

What You Bring Must have: 3+ years in IT support (Windows, Active Directory) Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and standard hardware Experience with ticketing systems Interest in ITSM processes, ideally ITIL/Jira Service Management German C1 minimum , good English skills EU citizenship and willingness to undergo security clearance

Nice to have: Entra ID, Intune, VPN, PowerShell ITIL certification Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
