What do you contribute?

• Lead strategic transformation projects that position IT as an active business partner, driving collaboration with support functions to enable business growth and innovation.
• Oversee IT transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Optimize the IT landscape by reducing complexity, eliminating redundancies, and improving scalability and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in Business Partnering and IT Service Delivery, adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels, delivering IT solutions that exceed expectations.
• Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Support and mentor IT team members, fostering professional development and a high‑performing team culture.
• Champion innovation through creative problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and Siemens Mobility GmbH guidelines.

What do you bring along?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven senior‑level experience in project management, transformation management, or strategic program delivery; consulting background is a plus.
• Leadership experience managing global teams or driving functional responsibilities across organizational units.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities, with a track record of aligning IT initiatives with business goals and making data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Fluent English skills (mandatory); German language skills are a plus. Experience with IT sourcing or vendor management is an advantage.
