Senior Ivalua Consultant (Freelance) – Germany

For a leading digital transformation consultancy, we are looking for an experienced Senior Ivalua Consultant (Freelance) to support large-scale procurement transformation programs across Germany.

This role is ideal for a senior-level expert who combines strong functional procurement knowledge with deep technical implementation experience in Ivalua.

• Lead end-to-end Ivalua implementation streams (S2P / P2P / SRM)
• Facilitate design workshops with procurement and IT stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations
• Oversee integrations with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA
• Drive solution architecture, testing cycles, and go-live phases
• Act as trusted advisor at senior stakeholder level
• Ensure best-practice process alignment and system optimisation
• 5+ years hands-on Ivalua implementation experience
• Multiple full lifecycle projects delivered in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes
• Experience in German procurement environments
• Confident stakeholder communication (C-level exposure is a plus)
• Based in Germany (remote possible with occasional on-site workshops)
