About the Role

As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a highly ambitious Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Hamburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to grow alongside a company with big ambitions.

This is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to our newly promoted and forward‑thinking Head of Key Account Management. The incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with our international distribution partners across approximately 30 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with international distribution partners (Alliance Management)
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring mutual success and compliance
  • Collaborate with partners across various cultures, adapting communication and approach accordingly
  • Occasionally travel to meet partners and support relationship development
  • Handle the details and complexity of partner contracts and commercial agreementsOperate with autonomy while working closely with the Head of Key Account Management to deliver strategic outcomes

Requirements

  • Full‑time residence in Hamburg (required)
  • Fluency in both German and English (required)
  • Several years of dedicated experience in key account management or similar roles
  • Contracting experience is a plus
  • A resilient, agile mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to building scalable processes
  • Proven negotiation skills and confidence in managing international stakeholders
  • Enjoys working independently but thrives within a collaborative and growing team
