Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Development and Maintenance of Distribution Channels
    • Assist dealers in developing distribution channels across various regions.
    • Implement company and EIBC construction goals by promoting and aiding dealers and distributors in their development.
    • Visit EIBC stores to assess their status, gather business information, and ensure products are well‑displayed on the shelves.
  • Collect Business Information
    • Investigate sales channels, monitor channel dynamics, and collect information on competitors, business activities, and competing products.
    • Summarize market information and customer feedback, and analyze existing problems.
    • Gather industry information, including local development status, trends, government policies, and the company's positioning within the industry.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the power tools industry.
  • A proven track record in developing and managing importer/distributor networks.
  • Strong knowledge of the British market, ideally with existing relationships in the industry.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the capability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English or German.
