Senior Launch Project Manager (m/f/d)
Join MOIA as a Senior Launch Project Manager within our Customer Projects Team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility.
Responsibilities
- Own project management for top-tier customer projects across the globe.
- Lead and orchestrate the core project team for product launches and operator enablement.
- Act as the key interface to customers, ensuring transparency, steering delivery, and enabling executive-level decision-making.
- Manage stakeholders from end-to-end, gathering requirements and aligning expectations effectively.
- Drive delivery milestones, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing transparency and actionable insights.
- Integrate cross-functional teams within MOIA to guarantee delivery success.
- Proactively tackle challenges, offering strategic and structural guidance to ensure execution.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in rolling out complex technology projects to B2B customers.
- Proven track record working with large business clients and diverse stakeholder groups, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to design robust project structures and scale programs effectively across customer and internal teams.
- Experience in agile, fast-paced environments within digital or automotive domains.
- Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Expertise in prioritization, risk management, and execution under time constraints.
- Travel readiness within Europe and overseas.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
