Key Leadership Role: Head of Business Internal Audit

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Internal Audit to lead and elevate all business internal audit activities across our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a talented team, driving regulatory alignment within a dynamic fintech environment, and shaping the audit vision.

• Lead and manage the Business Internal Audit team, ensuring high-quality audit execution and fostering continuous team development.
• Collaborate closely with other audit teams and coordinate joint audits across functions to ensure a holistic approach.

Audit Expertise:

• You hold a degree in business or law, bringing strong academic foundations to complex work.


• You have at least 10 years' experience as an internal auditor in regulated international environments - ideally banking or financial services backgrounds give you expertise navigating fast-paced environments.
