Senior Legal Contract and Commercial Manager

5–8+ years of relevant working experience at a senior level.

Focus areas: contract review, drafting and negotiation; contract performance management and risk control; participation in overseas anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations, trade remedies, export control and other compliance matters; independent ability to drive the MTC process; commercial and legal support for the Europe region.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts
• Manage contract performance and risk control
• Support overseas anti-dumping & anti-subsidy investigations, trade remedies, export control and other compliance matters
• Independently drive the MTC process
• Provide commercial legal support for the Europe region

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant professional experience at a senior level

Required Skills

• Other European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus
