Senior Legal Counsel Commercial (mfd)

We're opening the search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join an established tech-heavy company in Berlin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial lawyer ready to step into a dynamic business environment working closely with business leaders on high-impact deals.

Tasks

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including SaaS vendor and partnership agreements
• Advising the business on commercial and regulatory risks
• Supporting cross-functional teams on product launches, collaborations and commercial initiatives
• Providing practical business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Helping to develop and improve standard contracts and legal processes

Requirements

• 3-4 years post-qualification experience in commercial law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience with tech or SaaS agreements a plus
• Pragmatic business-focused approach
