(Senior) Legal Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions (m/f/d) - Larson Maddox

Responsibilities

In this position, you will support strategic transactions and major legal initiatives across the international tire division. Your work will include:

• Leading and coordinating legal due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
• Preparing, reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Managing regulatory processes, including merger‑control filings and foreign investment approvals.
• Supporting the full transaction lifecycle, from initial feasibility assessments through signing, closing and post‑closing obligations.
• Developing guidelines and compliance procedures for the period between signing and completion.
• Managing relationships with external counsel, including guidance on scope, deliverables and budget.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with bar admission.
• 2+ years of post‑qualification experience, ideally with exposure to Corporate and M&A matters.
• Fluency in German and excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
