What you'll do

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will shape and manage the legal affairs of Retarus, its international subsidiaries and customers worldwide.

You will independently review and negotiate international customer and supplier contracts, particularly in the areas of IT and telecommunications law.

You will be responsible for updating and further developing standard contracts.

You will support the implementation of standard processes and guidelines and participate in compliance and risk management.

You will work closely with various stakeholders in national and international projects.

What you'll need

You have professional experience in a legal role and have dealt with commercial and contract law – ideally in the IT/telecommunications sector.

As a responsible and reliable partner, you provide qualified, understandable and pragmatic legal advice.

You are enthusiastic about complex legal issues and their interfaces with economic and technical aspects.

Negotiation skills at the national and international level, including in English, are among your strengths.

You are characterised by a systematic, structured, and pragmatic approach to work as well as passion, creativity and a good sense of humour.
