The client is seeking a resilient and prioritization-strong Senior Legal Counsel to independently take on legal responsibilities at the holding and regional levels. This role involves comprehensive legal advice and operational support to regional management on various legal matters, with a focus on corporate, contract, and business law. The counsel will lead and oversee M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic cooperations, especially banking collaborations, throughout the transaction cycle, including structuring, due diligence, contract negotiations, and implementation.

The position requires a fully qualified lawyer with substantial professional experience in insurance and/or international corporate environments, with in-house experience or a firm background emphasizing transactions and projects. A strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory and supervisory knowledge, and experience in M&A or restructuring projects are essential. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of quality and professionalism while adopting a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to confidently interact at the management level, are crucial.
