Legal Counsel - Renewable Energy / Projects Location: Berlin

Our client is seeking a legal professional for an exclusive mandate with a fast-growing renewable energy start-up with a strong international footprint. Operating at the forefront of the energy transition, the company offers the opportunity to join a growing legal function and play a key role in delivering large-scale, multi-jurisdictional renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating EPC contracts. Advising on renewable energy project development and execution. Supporting commercial contracts related to energy infrastructure. Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and external counsel. Exposure to regulatory and project finance interfaces.

Requirements:

Fully qualified lawyer with good Staatsexamen results. 2–6 years of professional experience, gained in a law firm or in-house. Background in energy law, project finance, or commercial contracts in renewable energies. Commercial, pragmatic mindset and interest in working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
