(Senior) Legal Manager - Frankfurt, Germany

Our client is one of the leading automotive companies globally. Originally from China, they have successfully launched many well known car brands here in Europe as well as other regions in the world. In order to facilitate business growth and transactions in compliance with German regulations, they are now looking for a (Senior) Legal Manager, based in Frankfurt.

This position is responsible for leading the legal function for German operations. The role provides strategic and operational legal support across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, manages external counsel, and oversees contract governance and compliance processes.

This position also involves guiding and mentoring junior legal staff, driving process improvements, and proactively advising business leaders to mitigate legal risks while supporting growth objectives across the region.

• Experience: 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, commercial law, and dispute resolution; multinational or automotive/manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Language Skills: Excellent oral and written English and/or German
