Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle automation end-to-end: strategy, architecture, build, QA, launch, and optimisation
• Act as Mintos’ internal Braze power user, owning advanced canvas logic, segmentation, Liquid templating, and experimentation
• Build technically resilient lifecycle journeys that handle data edge cases, localisation, and scale
• Define and evolve lifecycle KPIs across activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, holdouts, and incrementality frameworks to prove impact
• Ensure lifecycle communications are well-documented, GDPR-compliant, and scalable across markets
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Customer Support to align lifecycle automation with product and regulatory needs

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, engagement, or retention roles
• Hands-on ownership of lifecycle automation, as well as campaign execution
• Strong, practical experience with Braze, including Canvas, segmentation, reporting, and Product Catalogs
• Solid working knowledge of Liquid templating, including conditional logic, fallbacks, and dynamic personalization
• Experience measuring incrementality and long-term lifecycle impact, not just short-term performance
• Ability to reason about data, logic, dependencies, and edge cases in complex lifecycle systems
• Experience operating multi-language lifecycle programs and complex customer journeys
• Proven ability to work closely with Data and Engineering on events, attributes, and automation requirements

• Background in fintech, investments, or other regulated environments
• Conversational German
